“What is your highest form of education?” This is a common question in the job search process. Some people feel that getting a bachelor’s degree is the only way to make a livable wage. There are many high paying jobs with great projections that only require a trade school degree. We here at EverStaff see the need for well-trained technical employees. Whether it be an electrician, plumber, HVAC tech or other skilled labor the need is there.

If you want to make a decent living, education is key. Very few jobs requiring only a high school diploma earn more than $35,000 per year, and many of those occupations are declining.
